Are You Making The Same Mistake?

Everyday a new challenge came up
To fight against it
Courage, bravery,
Love and support was needed  IMG_1281

Looked for these things all my life
From person to person
From articles to speeches
With no result yet lay hold of.

After ages I realised my mistake.
The only person I had to look was for me
To know myself, find myself and love myself
And then these challenges will be reduced to half..

  1. This is a great piece! I love the concept of this poem, it’s beautiful. But if I may, I’d avise you to pay attention to grammar. Because english is not my mother language, I can understand there may be some difficulties.

  2. Challenges come as tests of our strength and courage. And to overcome them and go to the next level. Yes we have to look within ourselves too, but also we can look for guidance from those who are wiser and more experienced than us. But we have to make sure, they are people who understand, trust and respect us and above all who mean well to us. As confiding or looking for guidance from the wrong person can dim our spirit and put us on a complete wrong path that will lead us astray.     1. You have said totally correct. Challenges come to test us and makes us stronger. We can look for guidance from other who have best intentions for us. But many a times, the only who can help us is ourselves only. No one knows us better than we ourselves . The answers lies within us waiting to be heard and understood.
